Dr Manoj Ravindran obtained his Membership with the Royal College of Psychiatry in 2006 in the United Kingdom and has worked as a Consultant Psychiatrist for both the NHS and the Private Sector in England for 9 years. He completed his Fellowship with the Australian College in 2019 and worked in Bendigo for 2 years. For the last 20 months, he has been working with North West Private Hospital and setting up a Trauma Recovery Service.

Dr Ravindran has extensive experience in In-Patient, Rehabilitation and Social Psychiatry.

Dr Ravindran is an advocate for the use of the Recovery Model, strongly promoting compliance and focusing on the importance of shared decision-making. As both a Psychiatrist and a Cognitive Analytical Practitioner, he uses his psychological skills to deliver a holistic patient-centred approach. He also has an avid interest in the assessment and management of Trauma and related Mental Health Disorders which include mood disorders, addictions, personality disorders, and psychosis. He also has extensive experience with ADHD and ASD.
