Tracy is a compassionate psychiatrist with a decade of experience across private and public sectors. She completed her Undergraduate Psychology degree, followed by Honours in the Cognitive Neuropsychology Unit, then Postgraduate Medicine and a Masters of Psychiatric Medicine, all at the University of Melbourne.
She completed her specialist psychiatric training at the Alfred Hospital, Melbourne, where she worked for 13 years, until 2023. She was also previously the Program Director of the Developmental Trauma Unit at Albert Road Clinic, Melbourne.
Tracy has extensive experience working with complex clients and providing patient-centred holistic care. She has worked for many years as a psychotherapist as well as in general adult and youth consulting and has a special interest in trauma-related conditions, ADHD and autism, and the complex ways in which trauma and neurodivergence interact.
