Dr Tanya Ahmed

Tanya Ahmed is an adult psychiatrist with a background in public health, leadership, management and general practice.

She has extensive experience working across the public and private mental health systems in inpatient and outpatient settings. She is passionate about trauma-informed care and humanising mental health services.

Tanya has special interests in adolescent psychiatry, trauma, women’s mental health, eating disorders and emergency psychiatry.
